Two layers of cowhide, and a back that grips
The strap is built from two layers of cowhide stitched together down both edges, which is where its stiffness comes from: there is no foam in it, so the weight of the guitar is spread by the width of the leather rather than by padding that flattens.
The back is finished as suede. A smooth-backed strap slides on a cotton shirt until the guitar hangs off your neck; a suede back grips, so the guitar stays where you set it for the whole set.
Set the length in a minute
Put the guitar on
Stand the way you play, with the strap on both buttons and the tail through the shoulder end.
Move the tail
Pull the tail through to another slot until the guitar sits where you want it. It works the way a belt does.
Leave it, or change it
Sit down and it will feel slack; that is normal and harmless. Move it back for the next set if you like.

How long does delivery take?
Dispatched within 3 days, then 4 to 7 days in transit. We email you the moment the parcel is dispatched, with a tracking link when the carrier gives us one. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before that.
What if I change my mind?
